Local golfers, young and old, recently joined Pilates for Golf Instructor, Jenna Componovo, for a morning of informative lecture, stretching, spine corrector Pilates demonstration and mat class workout.

The seminar showed participants the muscles used during a golf round, the common physical conditions that often ail golfers, and ways they can improve how their bodies feel both on and off the course.
