Studio Policies

Mat Classes are first come, first serve.

Small group sessions require advance registration to reserve your spot.

Appointment sessions follow cancellation policy: A minimum of 24 hours advance notice, by telephone, is required for cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment. Scheduled appointments canceled less than 24-hours in advance will incur a charge of 100% of the service booked.

Class passes and series of ten sessions are for individuals and should not be shared.

All sales are final. Currently, 10-session passes do not have an expiration date and monthly mat passes run from the 1st-31st.

Pilates Session Types 

Private: 1 client per instructor. By appointment.

Semi-Private: 2-3 clients per instructor. By appointment.

Small Group: up to 6 clients per instructor.
Hour-long session using Mat, Reformer, Tower, or Barrels.

PILATES

Apparatus Sessions

Hour sessions customized to meet your body fitness goals using the reformer, cadillac table, and wunda chair.

 

Spine Corrector Sessions

Hour sessions using the barrel to de-compress the spine, rehabilitate injuries, and safely tone muscles. Great for those with back pain, scoliosis, stiff necks, or those wanting a deep workout and stretch!

 

Tower Sessions

Hour sessions using the Cadillac tower spring resistance to enhance arm, leg and core conditioning.

 

Mat Work

In addition to private and semi-private mat sessions, we also offer group mat classes that range from beginner to advanced levels, including specialty classes such as Props; PiYo-Pilates/Yoga, and New to Pilates.

 

Pilates for You

PreNatal Pilates. These sessions help you maintain health during your pregnancy and get back into pre-baby condition quickly and safely.

Pilates for Golf/Tennis. These sessions incorporate apparatus & mat work to enhance your torque, core strength, flexibility, & your game.

Beginner Classical Mat: Focuses on the foundation of Pilates movement and core strength. Developmental class that progresses clients.
Suitable for new and experienced clients who are looking to practice execution details.

 

Intermediate Classical Mat: More challenging than beginner, this class teaches routine flow and includes more upper-body exercises. –Suitable for experienced beginner/intermediate clients.

 

Advanced Classical Mat: A difficult class where proper intermediate exercise flow and execution are further challenged with the addition of advanced moves. 
Suitable for experienced intermediate/advanced clients.

 

The Master Mat Class Experience: for experienced mat clients, this classes progresses swiftly, with flow, thru the entire intermediate routine adding a few advanced moves. The remainder of the session is then used to breakdown 2-3 additional advanced moves for 'mastery!'

 

Mat with Props: A challenging, fun-filled, body-sculpting class. Includes a mat routine that isolates and works problem areas using balls, bands, circles, poles, foam rollers, and towels. click for more details

 

Mat with _____: Like above, this class focuses on primarily using one prop to provide stability, resistance toning, balance challenges and more. Come try the circle/ball class, the band class, and roller class for added challenges and fun.

All-Level Classical Mat: This class will be customized to the level of the participants in the class. Focus is placed on movement precision, core muscles, and body toning.
Suitable for most.

 

PiYo Mat: A combination of Pilates toning & Yoga stretching.  Suitable for most.

 

New to Pilates: Offered Seasonally, this precursor class is best for those new to The Pilates Method. You’ll learn about The Method, the person behind it, and…get a great workout!

Small Group Specialty Classes- call to reserve your spot! 849-6506.

 

Reformer: up to 6 clients will follow a routine to maximize performance using spring resistance.

 

Barrel: up to 6 clients use barrels to stabilize their backs and further challenge their core and extremities.

 

Tower: up to 6 clients will use board & springs to increase strength and flexibility. Includes athletic performance-enhancing exercises.
